This morning, the WPC is using a mix of the GFS and CMC for most of the nation. The ECMWF can be used by NWS forecasters, but not included in the NDFD blend. Confidence is average to above average.
I continue to use a blend of the ECMWF, EPS, and HRRR guidance, which thus far has continued to perform well in this weather pattern. Confidence in the forecast is above average.
